Its been 20 years since the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake participated in the Communities in Bloom competition. This is when we received our moniker of the "Prettiest Little Town in Canada".

Well its exciting to announce that once again we are going to run for this title! While the competition has changed a lot in 20 years, so has Niagara-on-the-Lake. The competion isn't just about flowers any more, it will also be judged on culture, history, use of native flora and enviromental protection policies.

We will know this summer if we make the qualifying round to participate in 2016!
