Clear, deep garnet colour.  Trius Red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc – the classic Bordeaux style blend.

SNIFF – What do we smell?

Clean, pronounced intensity of red cherry, red plum and black current with some charred wood.

SIP – What do we taste?

Dry, high acidity, medium plus alcohol, medium tannin and full body and intensity with pronounced flavours of black current, stewed-or dried fruit and a long finish.

We conclude that this wine is suitable for drinking now with potential for aging and believe that it will further develop over time.
