Walk up to the inviting front porch that has Adirondack chairs (or Muskoka chairs if you are Canadian), a great place to sit with your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
The foyer spills into the living area with a big cozy 'L' shaped couch and a sitting chair, with a TV. A charming round dining table perfect for gathering, playing a good old fashioned board game. There is a two-piece bath on the main level for your convenience.
Continuing to the rear of the home is a spacious, fully equipped open kitchen and dining room, with a larger dining table. Kitchen includes:
-Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee and tea to get you started
-Sugar packets, salt, and pepper
-Microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, and dishwasher
-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)
-Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths
This is a wonderful place to watch that cook in your family or for everyone to help out. Patio doors lead out to the back yard with a deck that has seating for all your guests, gas BBQ/grill, and a garden area.
A flight of carpeted stairs leads you to the 2nd level to all 3 bedrooms. The first two bedrooms have queen beds with luxurious bed linens. The front queen bedroom has a walk out to the large, covered balcony that has comfortable seating overlooking King Street. The third bedroom has a king bed and is located at the back of the house overlooking the backyard.
The lower level has a generous sized games room with foosball table, air hockey, and another TV.
Laundry area is tucked away in the corner of the games room behind closet doors:
-Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets
Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo and hand soap are also provided.

Location, location, location. You could not find a better place to stay if you like to walk. There is a coffee shop across the street and a Starbucks several blocks away. Also a grocery store within walking distance and an unlimited amount of restaursee more
Location, location, location. You could not find a better place to stay if you like to walk. There is a coffee shop across the street and a Starbucks several blocks away. Also a grocery store within walking distance and an unlimited amount of restaurants and shops. It was lovely too to take a walk to the lake/gazebo. The front porches, especially the upper level, are amazing. We loved to sit there with some charcuterie from the cheese shop a block away and relax. The 3 bed 3 bath is the perfect set up for a family to stay. Note the bathrooms have pedestal sinks with no counter space - small tables have been added which were very helpful. We had a minor issue with the back shower on the first morning and they promptly came over to address the issue. The kitchen/dining space is perfectly equipped and we made breakfast each day before heading out. There are TVs in every room though we spent our relaxation time on the upper porch. Many wineries within a few miles. We loved it! - Kelly

We absolutely loved our stay in the spacious Summerhill home! The three bedrooms all with their own full bathroom was a wonderful find for three couples. The house is very spacious and the location is perfect. You are minutes to the lake and all the see more

The house is very spacious and the location is perfect. You are minutes to the lake and all the town favorites. We listened to a wonderful band called the Feverish Lemons at the Irish Pub across the street. We woke up every morning to a fresh cup of coffee from Balzac's coffee shop across the street. I would highly recommend dinner at Ginger's Restaurant, it was our favorite! We are already planning a return trip next fall!!! - Kelli
