This beautiful home is just steps from the many offerings that Canada's most picturesque town has to offer. Take a short stroll to the many world-class restaurants, Shaw Festival Theatres, and quaint boutiques that line downtown Queen Street. Prices are subject to change daily.

Sanibel North has a large open concept living area with flat screen television, cable TV, gas fireplace, and a piano. Ample space for the whole group to cozy up around the fireplace and watch a movie with your favourite glass of local wine.
The beautiful kitchen with stone counter tops is supplied with:
-Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started
-Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher
-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)
-Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths
-Salt and pepper
Next to the kitchen is the Dining Room with a large table with seating for 6 and a door out to the patio.
There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the main floor.
The upstairs laundry is supplied with:
-Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets
Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided.
Upstairs, there is a king bedroom with a shower ensuite, and a seating area. Perfect for your relaxed mornings with a coffee and a good book. Large window provides a view of the Niagara River.
Also upstairs, a queen bedroom with an additional twin bed, and a third bedroom with queen bed. All bedrooms have a TV.
The upstairs family bathroom has a separate tub and shower.
Outside, relax on the large patio and enjoy the waterfront views. Sit in the shade while dinner cooks on the gas BBQ/grill or have a drink around the dining table.

Sanibel North is a beautiful home. And the location could not be better. My husband and I love to take long walks each day and there were wonderful walks just outside our front door. And then the fact we were on the water was so beautiful. We will besee more

A year ago on November 30th, 2021 our school Oxford High was forever changed in a school shooting. Our son was there thankfully safe, and four students were lost forever. This weekend we made better memories to help heal our broken hearts.
