Located in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake, just a short walk to Queen Street. Prices are subject to change daily.

-Hosts up to 8 guests (including infants and children)
-Private parking for up to 4 vehicles, contactless check in
-Wood burning fireplace, central heating, and air conditioning

Six Nations House is strategically located in the heart of Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake within easy walking distance of the Shaw Festival Theatres, Fort George, the Niagara River, Lake Ontario, and Queen St. shopping and restaurants.
The Six Nations House with 4 spacious bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people. On the main level is a bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bath as well as a separate powder room.
On the second level, are three luxurious bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other two with queen-sized beds, each with ensuite baths. Each bedroom has a TV, as well as speakers which connect to the house stereo sound system.
The living room is perfect for a relaxing day inside with a TV, and a wood fireplace (fire logs provided in winter months) for those cooler nights. The 10-foot ceilings create a spacious and extravagant feeling to the home.
The house provides a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen includes:
-Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started
-Stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher
-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)
-Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths
-Salt and pepper
The lower-level laundry is supplied with:
-Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets
Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided.
On the second level is a covered-veranda with seating, or enjoy the private back patio while dinner cooks on the BBQ with a glass of local wine.
Six Nations House couldn't be a better choice for relaxing and getting away from it all.
Niagara-on-the-Lake was originally the site of a Neutral Nation village known as Onghiara. Following its resettlement, by British Loyalists, the village became the first capital of Upper Canada in 1792. The British, along with Six Nations forces and other Native allies, fought Americans for control of this strategic town and region during the War of 1812. Famous Native leaders such as Joseph Brant, John Norton, and John Brant walked these hallowed grounds while they forged and maintained diplomatic relations with Sir William Johnson, John Butler, Sir Isaac Brock, and other historical figures who collectively shaped and defined the borders and character of a new nation.

Good parking with access to the kitchen door making it convenient when unloading supplies. The kitchen is large and is well stocked. The fridge and freezer is huge. We have stayed at multiple locations with Holiday Rentals and this is one of our favourites.
The staff are friendly, professional and responsive. We had an accommodation request that they most generously helped us with. |

We were supposed to stay at Peaks on Gate. However, there was a plumbing problem and we could not get stay. The people at Niagara Rentals called and emailed me to tell me they were switching us to Six Nations. It is larger and probably nicer thansee more

The people at Niagara Rentals called and emailed me to tell me they were switching us to Six Nations. It is larger and probably nicer than Peaks. It is only 2 blocks from Queen Street. They did not charge us a dime more.

The beds and linens are comfortable – everyone got a restful night and was ready for the next day! The kitchen is well-equipped for meals, if dining in. If dining out, there are many outstanding restaurants within walking distance of this beautiful property. The house was spotless inside and out…the attention to cleaning and safety protocols is admirable. We all enjoyed the neob Glorious Lavender that was supplied in the kitchen and in each washroom. We also appreciated the video tour of Six Nations House along with the explanation of artwork and artefacts displayed throughout the home. Communication around booking and checking-in was prompt and timely…very smooth process overall. Overall, we loved the comfort and warmth of Six Nations House. It was our first stay at this property, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended! - Carol

Butterfly Cottage was designed by a well-respected local architect (Victor Tarnoy) and offers a spacious and luxurious open floor plan, with cathedral ceilings, great room and a wrap-around deck for outdoor living - all within a short stroll of the lake, oldest golf course in North America and historic downtown shopping, dining, theatre and culture.
The main floor of Butterfly Cottage you will find the fully-equipped kitchen:
-Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee and tea to get you started
-Sugar packets, salt, and pepper
-Microwave, toaster, flat top stove, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher
-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)

Everything you need to set the table for a meal with family and friends. The dining area has an extra-large farmer table with seating up to 8 guests!
There is a bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed. Large living room with television, electric fireplace, and piano! Plenty of windows for you to relax and watch the butterflies and enjoy the natural sunlight! There is a bathroom with a tub and shower combination!
The main floor laundry is located next to the kitchen supplied with:
-Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets.
Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided.
Walking up to the 2nd level of Butterfly Cottage on wooden stairs are 3 additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a set of twin beds. The bathroom showcases a claw foot tub and shower combo.
