-2.5 Bathrooms – Walk-in shower ensuite and tub shower combination
-Hosts up to 6 guests (including infants and children)
-Private parking for up to 2 vehicles, EV charging plug, contactless check in
-Gas fireplace, central heating, and air conditioning
-High speed WiFi and TV with access to streaming services
Come home to two distinct seating areas worthy of gatherings, games and leisure: a home full of cozy spaces for every guest. The family room has beautiful French doors that open to the backyard garden; it also offers a gas fireplace for those cooler nights.
The fully-equipped kitchen is supplied with:
-Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started
-Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher
-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)
-Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths
-Salt and pepper
The main floor laundry is supplied with:
-Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets
Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided.
Upstairs, any of the 3 bedrooms are sure to please: The primary bedroom with its beautiful king bed, chandelier and ensuite with walk-in shower. The twin room, with 2 twin beds, or the queen bedroom just down the hall, next to the family bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Rosette is a perfect house in a wonderful neighborhood. Getting around both by foot and car is easy and convenient. The house and grounds are so charming. An historic house with modern conveniences. Everything you could want.

The only thing I might suggest is a note about accessibility for older guests. The stairs are steep and the little step-downs throughout the house need vigilance.

Also since the bedroom with the twin beds has no closet some hooks over the door or on the back of the door would have been useful
